What is needed to book your reservation immediately:
Credit Card payment requires a 50% upfront deposit with the entire balance due 60 days before check in date. This will avoid holding a deposit. This deposit is only refundable up to 60 days prior to check-in date or can be rebooked for a different date (based upon Unit availability) for up to one year of initial reservation date.
If paying by check, money order, or PayPal, the payment is due in full at the time of reservation. No Refunds available, only re-booking is allowed (based on availability) for up to one year of initial reservation date.
Checks and Money Orders should be payable to: 4cornerstravelandmarketing and mailed to 1000 Castle Pines Ct, Reunion. Fl 34747. Your check or money order must be received within 5 business days in order to hold your reservation.
PayPal payments are to be made to 4cornerstravelandmarketing@gmail.com. If you choose to pay
by credit card with PayPal, a convenience fee of 3.25% applies.
Other forms of payment only require your address, email, and signature on the Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA).
Upon payment in full or deposit, the VRA confirmation will be sent. It must be signed and returned via email at 4cornerstravelandmarketing@gmail.com. Within a week of your arrival, a Welcome Information Package will be emailed to you providing directions from the airport, key or combination instructions and other important information.
